Preliminary report 2pt

  • Please submit on time; at least 1 week before the performance/exhibition takes place.

  • Early submission gives room for feedback by the teacher via Peppels. When you improve your preliminary report, you can still earn the 2 points.

  • The improved version must still be submitted 1 week or earlier than the implementation date.

  • Students must always submit a preliminary report. No final report will be assessed unless the preliminary report is in the possession of the teacher.

Final report 8pt

The assessment points for the final report are:

  • General information + substantive aspects related to the discipline = 2 points

  • Opinion: specific description of impressions and experience = 1 point

  • Expectations: Did the activity meet your expectations and why/why not? = 1 point

  • Reviews: reread the review(s) from your pre-report. Do you agree with the descriptions and opinions of the reviewers and why/why not? = 1 point

  • Conclusion: conclusion + most impression (positive or negative) + what learned? = 1 point

  • Layout and care: ensure a clear report. Use headings, use appropriate fonts, add images. = 1 point

  • Creativity: If you choose familiar territory, look for an alternative implementation or give yourself an extra challenge. Ultimately, broadening and deepening your cultural knowledge is the goal of the activity. If your final report shows in-depth research in the form of additional information, self-made images, interviews and original solutions, this will be included in the assessment. = 1 point

Final report 8pt

The assessment points for the final report are:

  • Point 1: a catchy title = 1 point

  • Point 2: the core with the 3 important things (the story, the design and the meaning (maximum 750 words) = 2 points

  • Point 3: The ending with a conclusion/viewing or listening advice = 2 points

  • The layout (A4 sheet is not a necessary condition, but it must be a maximum of 750 words), clear layout of the introduction, middle section, conclusion, illustrations, appropriate text type (e.g. in the style of an article or newspaper, film newspaper, theatre booklet) = 2 points

  • Citation à as similar as possible to the APA guidelines. You note a citation + the source link (does not necessarily have to be as a footnote), may also be under illustrations etc. = 1 point
